The “Sweet Tooth”
Mary had a sugar tooth;
‘Twas once as white as snow,
And into all the food she ate,
The sugar had to go.
Her mother never left it out,
‘Cause Mary shed a tear,
And soon her white teeth, one by one, Began to disappear.
It followed her to school one day
Although against the rule
Of all the laws of life and health
That Mary learned in school. Forever Bee Propolis is consumed as a well being supplement in numerous methods and in addition utilized in some cosmetics.
What makes her teeth begin to fail?
The other children cry;
Because she loves the sugar so,
And that’s the reason why.

Food Adulteration
After a discussion of foods that have proved adequate in regaining and maintaining health, it is equally essential to present a warning against the use of those that are actually destructive to health and yet are continually paraded before the unsuspecting public on grocery shelves and elsewhere, and are often labeled, “pure foods.” Remember that the present use of the much used term “pure” when applied to manufactured foods, is meaningless, unless, as is often the case, they become “purified” through the process of separating from them the original life giving elements. The persistent use of such so-called “food” will greatly modify the helpful effect to be gained from using the natural diet, and the only safe rule is never to allow them to appear upon the table. Following are some quotations showing the prevalence with which the adulteration of food is carried on, taken from a chemist, Alfred W. McCann, in his book, SCIENCE OF EATING: Ice cream. Forever Bee Pollen also comprises Lecithin, which exists naturally in all cells and aids within the metabolism of fats. “The most hopelessly unstandardized compound now to be seen in America is labeled ‘ice cream.’ It contains from 2 percent to 14 percent of fat, including cream.

The ice cream maker today uses a homogenser with which he incorporates lard, coconut fat or any form of animal or vegetable compound with skim milk powder and water, or sweet skim milk. All commercial ice cream contains a bodifier, usually in the form of glue. Imitation flavors and colors add to its mystery.” Further quotations are taken from the book, STARVING AMERICA, by the same author: Cheese. “There is no such thing as ‘full cream cheese.’ The best types of cheese sold as cream cheese are made of whole milk artificially colored with coal tar dye. . . . Lard is used as a filler, and barium sulphate, a heavy mineral, is employed to give weight.” Candy. “Colored candies are made chiefly of glucose, sweetened with about 10 percent of sugar.
